WERQ it with Hannah on September 14th and 28th at 9:30am. Move to the hottest Pop and Hip Hop music with athletic moves and easy to follow fresh dance steps

New Instructor, New Class:

Join Matt on Tuesdays from 4:30pm –5:15pm for FUEL – High Intensity Training at its finest. Work your entire body with cardio moves, weight, abs and flexibility training. FUEL will “hit” our schedule from September 17th

Same great class, new start time:

Beginning on September 21st, Multi-Level Yoga with Andrea on Saturdays will run from 11:00am until 12 noon.
