This holistic, non-invasive process can promote alertness, increase energy, burn calories, lower inflammation, clear away stress, improve skin, and helps with better sleep.  A great tool for our customers to use as their pre-workout, post-workout, recovery day or just to feel better.
What is a Cryotherapy session like?
The air inside our chamber is -124F.  Yes, its cold but dry air.  Cold-air cryotherapy is viewed as safer than liquid nitrogen, and for some folks, much easier than a cold shower or a cold-water plunge.  Customers prefer cold air cryotherapy because it’s very convenient; 1-3 minutes.  Some folks will stay in the chamber for up to 5 minutes.  While in the chamber, customers can listen to their favorite music.
What do I wear?
Customers can wear their workout gear – men typically wear shorts with no shirt while women wear shorts and sports bra or a tank top. We provide you will booties to wear over your sneakers (or clean socks and slippers), mittens and a face mask.  We have headbands with Bluetooth speakers so you can listen to your favorite music.
How often can I do Cryotherapy?
Customers can choose to do Cryotherapy every day because it’s convenient and safe.  This is a great tool to start your day, before or after your workout, recovery day, to improve sleep, burn calories or just to feel better.  Most customers use our Cryotherapy chamber as a tool to feel invigorated, alert, boost their mood or reduce inflammation.
Is there a best time of day to do Cryotherapy?
Cryotherapy can be done any time during the day.  The best time depends on your expected outcome.  Customers will use it in the morning to feel alert and invigorated, in the afternoon to re-energize or in the evening to clear away stress and help with sleep.
