Join Andrea, Lucia and Sarah in the New Year to build the foundation for a lifelong Yoga practice. Whether you're new to Yoga or have been practicing for years- you will have the chance to go back to basics with us in January! Saturday 2:00pm – 3:00pm January 4th: "Moving from Center" with Andrea We will begin with basic strength-building exercises that activate and develop the core muscles. We will then bring this core awareness and strength into each pose of your practice! January 11th: "Salute the Sun!" with Sarah Learn what a sun salutation is, why we practice them and most importantly how to practice them safely! We will also address modifications for all bodies, including variations for injuries. January 18th: "Strong as a Warrior!" with Lucia Create proper form and feel more strength in these important and powerful poses! Poses will include the standing warrior and triangle poses. January 25th: "Power Flow Mash-up!" with Lucia and Sarah Participate in a power Vinyasa class with a vibrant and strong flow. All are welcome!
