Sept 7 Yoga Flow Basics: Learn safe alignment and tips to build up a healthy and lifelong practice. We will place a primary focus on the sun salutations. Sept 14 Inversions: Learn how to set up and access the feeling of being upside down! Sept 21: Backbends: Experience the joy of backbends with simple steps to get into a few different options. Sept 28: Arm Balances: Try out what it feels like to simply balance on your hands and float! Oct 19 Power Flow: With the weather cooling off, jump into this class to heat things up with a vibrant and fast-paced flow.
