YOD stands for "yoga of the day" or "your own determination". It is a yoga flow that integrates mindful strength and high intensity movement while creating awareness and healing of your body. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, speed, power, endurance, agility, coordination and is the perfect complement to physical fitness, or yoga practice. Feel your muscles burn during the workout, feel your mind & body at peace by the end of class!
