Improve balance, coordination, strength and fitness while learning an engaging ancient form of movement art. Join instructor Richard Dicine, Tai chi Ch'uan National Gold Medal winner, as he works with participants to improve physical and mental well-being. Classes will cover foundational skills and practices tailored to the individual needs and abilities of participants. Drop in anytime during the session. Tai Chi, captured best, is medicine in motion. It emphasizes maintaining a deep level of relaxation, the development of internal energy, and increased flexibility of the joints, tendons, and ligaments. The smooth, circular body movements of this style generate significant energy for overall health.
