Participants of all abilities move through a series of circuits ranging in length from 6 to 12 minutes, each combining body-weight training, moderate, weightlifting, medium to high-intensity cardio and HIIT, supplemented with Pilates floor exercises and Yoga based static holds. Hip-hop, pop and top 40 blast through the airwaves as your body blasts away fat and your muscles start to get toned.
