This cardio class will get your heart pumping with punches and kicks. Each class will vary, with a mix of boxing moves and kicking to get a whole body workout. Depending on the class mix and your desired level of exertion, opportunities for high intensity interval training will be seamlessly integrated into experience. No experience required, and all levels of fitness can be accommodated.
