We have a new sub class instead of Zumba with Kyle (only while he is away). Come and try out P90X at mActivity.
Participants of all abilities move through a series of circuits ranging in length from 6 to 12 minutes, each combining bodyweight training, moderate, weightlifting, medium to high intensity cardio and HIIT, supplemented with Pilates floor exercises and Yoga based static holds. Hiphop, pop and top 40 blast through the airwaves as your body blasts away fat and your muscles start to get toned.
