Mom and Baby Fitness

Introducing a new class for mommies to get fit with their babies. This class is brought to you by DTP (Dancing through pregnancy). Combines cardio, core recovery, strength training. Fun and safe way to get back into shape. Build community with new moms. Points to remember: Wear baby in carrier (no wraps or slings). Bring blanket for baby to play on. Bring supplies to feed or change baby as needed. Moms wear comfy clothes & sneakers and bring water. Pricing: $59 for non-members for 5 weeks Single class (Drop-in): $15
