Standing Flow

Class1Standing Flow is a barefoot fusion-style conditioning program that blends training techniques from Ballet, Pilates, Yoga and fitness.  This is a fun, invigorating workout to develop core strength, muscular endurance, dynamic balance and flexibility.  Feel lengthened, strengthened and energized, with simple movement patterns that build core-control, coordination and confidence.  Standing Flow will keep you moving, motivated and mentally focused, with a body blasting workout that leaves no muscle untouched.
