Turf Class

Group Training on the Turf is a 30-minute circuit training class taught by mActivity’s personal trainers. The trainer guides participants through 4-7 exercise stations in the turf area of the fitness center; each exercise is performed 3 times with a 1-minute rest period between sets and has several options for intensity to accommodate a variety of fitness levels. Turf is a full body workout.
