This is a full body workout that promotes balance, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, strength and muscular endurance. It’s a two-part class that features a step workout followed by muscle conditioning. Using an adjustable platform (step), hand weights, and one’s own body, this class is designed for participants of all experience and fitness levels to achieve great results.
